Founder

 

NESTchirping was founded by Ivana Filbar, whose background combines more than a decade of entrepreneurial leadership in the architecture and real estate environment with business development, client management and international project work.

 

As founder and managing director of a Vienna-based visualisation studio, she led projects for architects, developers and real estate clients and was responsible for the commercial, strategic and client-facing side of the business, including business development, marketing and sales.

 

This experience shapes a highly visual, selective and business-minded approach to how properties and projects are evaluated, positioned and presented.
